The Process:

Once you choose your new brand out of the selection above, you place your order via the form on the Order Page. You will receive an email from me within 24 hours. It will include your invoice (which needs to be paid immediately and in full before any alterations can be started). You will also be asked to fill out a questionnaire for all the changes being made (your business name, your tagline, business/contact details, any other text you may have, etc. If you have your own colour palette you will provide it here. You will also be asked to choose what you’d like as your 3 custom illustrated elements).

Once I’ve received proof of payment and your completed questionnaire, the fun part starts! Within 5 business days, you will receive a full brand board and have one chance to make revisions to the name, tagline or colours (any extra revisions and changes will incur additional fees). Once the design is approved by you, you will receive your completed Brand Kit within the next 3 business days. (This means you could have a fully completed new brand in less than 10 business days!)

Your new Brand Kit will be shared with you, via Dropbox and WeTransfer, as PNG, JPEG, EPS and PDF files.

A Few Notes:

These Kits are completely exclusive. Once a Brand Kit has been purchased (pending proof of payment), it will no longer be available for sale on my website, making you the sole owner. Brand Kits will never be re-used or re-sold to anyone else.

Because these are digital products there will be NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES and all sales are final. By purchasing the product you agree to the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
