Once you’ve placed your order for a Brand Kit, you will receive an email response from me within 24 hours. It will include your invoice (which needs to be paid immediately and in full before any alterations can be started). You will also be asked to fill out a questionnaire for all the changes being made (your business name, your tagline, business/contact details, any other text you may have, etc. If you have your own colour palette you can provide it here. You will also choose what you’d like as your 3 custom illustrated elements).

FAQ’s

 

Which parts will be customised?

The wording within the logo designs with be customised to read your business name (and tagline where applicable). The style of the logos/design will the same as in the examples of your chosen Brand Kit. The colour palette can also be customised should you already have one that you’d rather use (Please Note: I will not be creating any custom colour palettes; if you want a different colour palette for your chosen Branding Kit you already need a substitute in hand.)

Can illustrations be customised?

The elements already included in your Branding Kit are final. BUT, you have the option to add 3 custom-illustrated elements to your final Branding Kit. These simplified designs can be anything related to your brand or business (eg. photographer can pick a camera element, a copywriter can pick a typewriter element, etc). If you want more than the included 3 custom-illustrated elements, you can add up to 5 additional elements at the cost of R250 per element.

How long does the entire process take?

Once you’ve completed payment (with an attached proof of payment) and your questionnaire, you will receive a brand board within 5 business days. You will have one chance to make any revisions to the name and tagline or the colour palette (any extra revisions and changes will incur additional fees at an hourly rate of R250/h). After you’ve approved the board (with or without revisions), you will receive your full completed Branding Kit within 3 business days. If you are swift with your payment, questionnaire completion and approval responses, you could have a new brand in less than 10 business days!

What file types will I receive and how will I get them?

You’ll receive the contents of your Branding Kit as PNG, JPEG, EPS and PDF files. You’ll receive all the relevant items in the varying colours of the defined colour palette, in black and in white options. The full final package will be sent via both Dropbox and WeTransfer.

Can I make any edits to the logo design after customization?

Unfortunately, there will be no edits the finished designs of ready-made Brand Kits. However, if there is a major issue that you’d like to change, I will assist at a paid hourly rate of R250/h.

Can I exchange or return a Brand Kit after purchase?

No. Due to the nature of digital products, all/any sales are final and there will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Reselling of previously purchased Brand Kits is also strictly prohibited.

Will my purchased Brand Kit still be available for sale after I buy it?

No! These Brand Kits are completely exclusive. Once a Brand Kit has been purchased (pending proof of payment), it will no longer be available for sale on my website, making you the sole owner. Brand Kits will never be re-used or re-sold to anyone else.

Can I hire you for fully custom brand design work?

Definitely! You’re welcome to complete the form on the Design page to request a custom design quote.
